Tania White is a Strategic Human Resources leader and president and CEO of Canary HR Consultants. With more than 20 years of experience, Tania takes a collaborative approach to build relationships and partnering with all leadership levels to conceptualize, design, and deliver initiatives that drive business results.

 

Tania is known for her expertise in building bridges between employees and leadership while also building programs that help employees embrace an organization’s mission and core values. She is highly recognized as a leader who can help organizations manage union, non-union, and service contract (SCA) employees. Her areas of expertise include:
